- Open your picture.
- Duplicate layer (Ctrl+J)
- Overlay that shit 50%
- Flatten image (Ctrl+E)
- Duplicate that one layer that you have now (Ctrl+J)
- Desaturate (Shift+Ctrl+U)
- Invert (Ctrl+I)
- Gaussian Blur it to 40
- Now overlay that B&W Blurred image
- Duplicate and sharpen if necessary

We just had a rude awakening courtesy of the healthcare agency that’s providing the at home care for my dad. Apparently, my mom’s check bounced because the deposit from her retirement has been delayed for some reason, so the agency threatened to take ALL of the things they have rented to us if we don’t pay $300 in the next 48 hours. They would literally be taking all the machines my dad is hooked up to along with the hospital bed. We’re desperate because we really can’t come up with that amount in such short notice, so I’m hoping you all can help us.
